Katelyn at 2 months old! (June 11) Unfortunately this was the day we went to the clinic to get her vaccination shots. After the nurse stabbed her THREE times, Katelyn screamed for a couple of minutes and then graciously went to sleep. She did very well... I think it hurt mom more than her!

Bruce is finishing up a Spring clean-up on an acreage... 100 bags of leaves hand raked!!!! Crazy man! The beast and the trailer were able to haul 75 bags to the dump in one go. (The beast is the white pick-up truck that is still running for those of you who have known me for a while!!)

The stars of our "Birth and Babies" class.
This class was put on by the Calgary Health Region and ran for 10 weeks from March 13 - May 15. It was an amazing learning and bonding experience. All of the couples who participated were due within 2 weeks of each other. In the photo above, Katelyn is the oldest and David is the youngest. We loved it!

So I am attempting to set up a blog for all to read to update all you friendly folk about our family. It will take a little while to go back from day 1 of baby Katelyn's arrival, but I will do my best! SOOOO... here she is with proud mom and dad just minutes after being born on April 11, 2008 at 5:24pm. She was 7 lbs 15 oz and 21 inches long.
